OCEANKING, THE RESULT OF MORE THAN 35 YEARS OF NAUTICAL EXPERIENCE

The Venetians have an ancient tradition that goes back to the magnificence of the “Serenissima Repubblica”. Ever since the 15th century, the profession of shipbuilder went through centuries of splendor and prosperity, which today is characterised by the universally known excellence of the Made in Italy brand. A great example of this is the Arsenal of Venice, built in 1104 by the Venetian Republic, which became the biggest crafts shipyard in the world during the 15th century.

NEW CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF GREAT SHIPS

OCEANKING is the result of more than 35 years of work experience from Adriatic Shipyard S.r.l. This shipyard began its labour specializing itself in the repairs and maintenance of any type of vessel of up to 100 meters of length, 5000 T and made of steel, including naval plant engineering, naval paint, mechanical labour, motorization and naval carpentry. As of today, OCEANKING has a modern operative structure with specific equipment and modern elevation equipment in order to operate in a great variety of vessels, making use of highly technical resources and instrumentals, both in new construction and maintenance.

BIRTH OF THE EXPLORER YACHT LINE

After years of experience in the sector, the Shipyard decided starting construction of own steel yachts, which it developed with mastery by designing, building and selling different units of the actual EXPLORER division: Explorer 88, Explorer 100, Explorer 130. Ships , true explorers , built with the same technology and strength as a Deep-sea Tug, with incredible safety standards.

The last Explorer Yacht, was selected by an expert panel made up of 22 experts from all over the world. The OCEANKING 130 yacht explorer “GENESIA” model won the “rebuilt” category, thanks to its revolutionary design which captivated the jury with its originality and with a completely innovative solution for the nautical world standards, receiving the award “The world superyacht awards 2018”.

NEW YACHT LINE DOGE

The continuing evolution and innovation has allowed the shipyard to take on personalized projects with high complexity which are unique in the naval sector, leading to synergies and developing with its new headquarters (Headquarters in Venice) the new models made uniquely by its own technical team, directed into the luxury market with a new yacht line of up to 50 meters, called the DOGE LINE from OCEANKING.
